This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and express check-in make everything easy. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, and they are always friendly. I'm coming back for Christmas!

We stayed here for 1 night and greatly enjoyed the place. The hotel was nicely updated and recently refurbished and the staff were amicable. The pool area was clean and the location was amazing, just off the historic district, all the main sights and the old town. Historic district was worth exploring.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. My wife has back pains, but she slept well here. We appreciated the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine in the room. Plus, it's close to downtown historic district.

Overall it was a really great stay for the price. Helpful and affable staff members provided a few recommendations. The rooms were updated except for carpet and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the hotel was short walk to downtown St Augustine and that establishment. Furthermore, close to the activity I traveled for.

Not what we expected
Check-in was late and a bit sketchy. The front desk guy seemed annoyed, and the room smelled like smoke. On the plus side, the location was nice and the room was clean once we got settled. Could've used better customer service tho.

If you are looking for a vacation stay, this hotel is not for you. The hotel needs updating, rooms are very small, appearance is "cheap"; however it was clean.

Just a proper fit for a date night in St Augustine with value for money. The check-in was super easy and quick. For late-night arrivals, be ready to find street parking.

We needed a room to stay one night to cut a long trip shorter. It suited our needs perfectly. The owner/manager was very polite, the room was clean, and we would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The owners were very hospitable and the rooms very clean. It's close to everything and a whole lot less expensive. It was fine for our two night stay over the holiday weekend.
Unfortunately the neighborhood in which it is located is not one to which I would return. But then again I was lucky to get such a nice and clean place for the money.

The Wi-Fi was fast and free parking was a bonus. Thin walls let in noise.
